Premium workspaces

CreativeGrounds rents luxury, fully furnished private offices in authentic villas in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid: Emmaplein 8, Emmalaan 7-9 and Jacob Obrechtstraat 56. A single suite fits 1 to 22 people and a full villa floor 12 to 30 people. Contracts run for 6 months, 1 year or 2 years.

CreativeGrounds is a boutique coworking space in villas next to the Vondelpark, with high-end interior design, a dedicated concierge team, and quality products, from the coffee to the tea and our very own scent. Members choose a House Desk or Dedicated Desk, get meeting room credits every month and join thoughtfully organized events and drinks. Coworking contracts run for 3 or 6 months.

CreativeGrounds is a boutique workspace with a memberclub: private office and coworking members share the villas, the gardens and curated events and drinks. Meeting rooms and event spaces can also be booked by non-members.

Every private office is fully furnished with a high-end interior and all-in: utilities, internet, cleaning, coffee and tea are included. You also get meeting room credits, use of the phone booths, 24/7 access, company registration and receiving mail and packages for one entity (more available as an add-on). A concierge team is always available for every request, and you have access to our memberclub and events.

CreativeGrounds has eight meeting rooms for 2 to 24 people, bookable per half day, full day or multiple days, also without a membership. The price depends on the room and the length of your booking.
